Dear Parents,
I hope that you are having a very enjoyable summer. I also hope that you are looking forward to the upcoming year in your family's faith formation journey. The year should prove to be exciting, challenging and spiritually fulfilling for all of us.
Please mark your calenders for the following very important orientation meetings. Since our Pastor Fr. Pancrose will be away in India, our parochial vicar Fr. Brian Taylor will lead us in the orientation meetings. All orientation meetings will be held in the lower Church.. Enter through the parking lot doors.
You will be receiving curriculum information, student folders, calenders, lesson schedules, Crisis Management, Safe Environment information and a Parent HandBook.
If you cannot attend the Orientation Meeting, you must make an appointment to meet with me before Sept. 20th.
Orientation Meetings
1st Grade Parents Tuesday, Sept. 14th 7:00 p.m. 3rd & 4th Grade Parents Tuesday, Sept. 14th 8:00 p.m. 5th & 6th Grade Parents Wednesday, Sept. 15th 7:00 p.m. 2nd & 7th Grade Parents Wednesday, Sept. 15 8:00 p.m.
If you have children in two or more grades, please pick one meeting to attend and let me know ahead of time so that I will have all of your children's folders available. If you have a child in grades 2 or 7 please make every attempt to attend that meeting. Opening Days - Mark your Calendars Thursday, September 16th : 7th GRADE ONLY Wednesday, September 22nd : FIRST GRADE ONLY Thursday, September 23rd : 5th, 6th,& 7th GRADES Wednesday, September 29th : 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th GRADES Classes are held from 4 P.M. to 5 P.M. Wednesday & Thursday.
